Wonderful Hotel!

After having viewed and seeing inside some of the more "tourist" hotels, I was more then pleasantly surprised by both the decor and quality of the hotel. This was a top class hotel, especially compared to some of the other dirty and hideous hotels we had come across. The staff was wonderful, especially the women who took our orders for drinks the evening we stayed and sat outside to enjoy the evening air with our friends and the breakfast staff that had such a great layout of food for us in the morning, especially since the buffet was open late enough in the morning we actually managed to get breakfast before it closed. Alongside the fact that I was able to pick up and call reception at 2am and have them answer immediately with the answer to my question. It is a little farther inside of town, and despite the reputation of the area we had no problems at all and it was enjoyable the next morning to look out over our balcony and watch the city come alive. Our room was spotless and where as I normally have problems even being comfortable sleeping inside of the bedding in hotels, I was completely at ease in our room. We loved the modern feel of the hotel and even though a bit farther away from the more "tourist" attractions, it was in perfect walking distances to everything, including the metro. Over all we were incredibly happy with our stay here and will be staying here again in the future.

Fantastic Hotel close to attractions

A clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. The rooftop has a restaurant/ bar with an amazing view over the city and acropolis and serves delicious food and drinks. The breakfast was also an excellent spread of fruit, cereal, hot food and breads.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and I felt safe at all times travelling on my own with minimal Greek language.

The Acropolis and new Acropolis museum are a lovely 10 minute walk away. The stylish shopping district is also in this vicinity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant affordable stay in athens. 

Nice Hotel

This is a nice hotel with helpfull and friendly staff. The hotel lies within walking distance of all the things you need to see in Athens ( It's 150m away from the nearest metrostation for people who don't like to walk ;-) ). From the rooftop, where the restaurant with good food and drinks is situated, you have a wonderfull view on the Acropolis. There's a lot of choice for breakfast.

In short, we had a very pleasant stay here.

Fabulous staff!

Staff was excellent, rooms comfortable enough, great location, great value for money

Good location, clean and friendly hotel. Helpfull staff very warm atmosfare. We did enjoy the stay and definetly recomend to others.

Good location and reasonable price. It is very nice to provide late check- out till to 16:00. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

Clean and well situated for easy acces to central Athens

Location nearby city centre only about 2 klm far awya from city centre syntagma , luxury and calm great atmospthere Location , luxury hotel , food , bar the room equiped with modern furniture unforgatable momnets I spent there really great hotel highly recommended best value

Very good value. Modern, clean, everything is new. Near metro and bus stations, walking distance to the major tourists attractions.

το όμορφο κ φιλικό περιβάλλον στο κέντρο της αθήνας.η εξυπηρέτηση και οικειότητα του προσωπικού,σε παραπέμπει σε ένα οικογενειακό περιβάλλον,πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει κάθε στιγμή....,να σε κάνει να νιώθεις ”σαν στο σπίτι σου” !!!! κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μου ...,ένιωσα ότι γνώρισα νέους φίλους στο χώρο του Polis Grand Hotel και αυτό έκανε την παραμονή μου ευχάριστη,άνετη,φιλική ...και ειλικρινά θα μου μείνει αξέχαστη...!!!! ευχαριστώ όλα το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου κ ειδικά αυτά της ρεσεψιόν ...!!!!

J´ai apprécié le petit déjeuner assez diversifié, la gentillesse de l´accueil, la proximité avec la station de métro.
